I had to sign a full-time contract because time was running short. However, I have now a better offer. I would like now to break my previous contract (signed 10d ago in a reputed consulting firm). Do you think I should contact directly the HR and tell them I won’t be able to join the company or I should join the company and resign after a few days? Thank you for your help!

Im still learning about The Wheel Strategy, etc., but if you’re selling Cash Secured Puts (CSP), is there anything else you can do with the cash needed to fulfill the contract(s) or do you keep it idly sitting there there until exercised??

S&P Global has yet to release offer letter and BGC will take atleast 20 days. Is it fine to loose informatica offer.

But today we got the mail from company that notice period clause is revised to 3 months.
Now what should I tell the other company?

I made a career pivot into a tech role, but it's a 6-month contract and I had to sacrifice my title. Several weeks in, my supervisors realized I'm capable and even mentioned bumping up my title soon. I'm guessing I can't negotiate my salary while still under contract (this is my first contract job). But is this something I can bring up if the role becomes FTE? Do salaries usually change drastically from contract to FT?

Is it realistic to have a decent WLB if you’re a parent and working in MBB/T2 in Dubai? Is it guaranteed that you’d be travelling Monday-Thursday? Currently, I have a decent WLB in London but money is very attractive in Dubai but don’t want to miss my child growing up if I’m expected to not be home >80% of the time.

I tried so hard to get referrals from ME consultants, here and on LinkedIn. Everyone just ignores, don’t even ask for resume, very strange. I applied to MBBs anyway and heard back. So if you also find it hard to get referrals, just go for it :)
