I have 4.3 YOE currently and I was offered Engr II - Full Stack position in VDSI. But after doing some research it seems Engr II is usually for YOE between 2 and 4. Is this correct? Will there be a problem for me if I take up this position with my YOE?
Since I am a lateral entry, I think promotion to Engr III also would take a lot of time.

Also can you please let me know the current designation hierarchy in VDSI?

I've been the sole developer for a client with thousands of users for over a year and a half and am so burned out. I keep explaining I need time off... keep getting sick... I have canceled vacations to hit seemingly impossible deadlines... More responsibilities are handed to me without a promotion or salary increase as well.
I'm super grateful to have a job, but how do I handle this burnout / exhaustion professionally? In reality I want to buy a patch of land somewhere and just disappear 🤣

I am on F1 OPT and have three chances for H1 starting from 2022 March. I have an offer with Infosys with higher package (15k more)than my current company. My current company will initiate H1. But, Infosys is not committing with H1 initiation. They told it will be based on performance, If I accept the offer my joining will be at the end of September. I have a naive question, if multiple people on an interview panel ask you the same behavioral questions spread across individual 1:1 calls, is it okay to give same but a lil modified answers?
