Experience letter with technology you have worked on and duration is one of the requirements , tcs mentioned in their ibegin portal for offer acceptance. Could someone recently joined Tata Consultancy, let me know whatever normal experience certificate which we received from company i.e. duration, current position, that is sufficent for them?

It is business. Renegotiation is a part and parcel of job hunting. Both HR and Job Seekers are and should be prepared for it. Don't worry and go ahead and ask.
But once company gives you what you have asked , then would it be okay to ask for more as you feel you asked less than the market standards or as per the company can provide?

Yes ofcourse. And, you can get more power if you have a competing offer. HRs will always try to keep the budget for their team as low as possible. Only a few like coinbase, uber, etc have a standard compensation set for a role and yoe. So you should certainly renegotiate.

If you have another offer, tell them you have decided to join some other company because of financials. They will most probably be revise your offer. During my last switch, the company I was joining jumped from 13.5 to 18, but I decided to join Amazon.
Yeah that’s true but the catch is another offer is in pipeline and it won’t come through before I have to join the one I have. I’m actually interested in joining the one in pipeline so in kinda sticky situation but let’s see what pans out.
Did you already sign your offer letter? It is hard to negotiate after signed. But it never hurts to ask.
