All these jobs have 100 + applicants so it's so discouraging. Hello. I’m a senior associate level trial attorney. I’ve worked in both government offices and multiple private practices. I was a teaching assistant in law school and am looking to start teaching adjunct classes this coming fall. No experience in big law. Always done government or small/boutique law. My sibling is currently going through opioid withdrawal and my family and I would like her to go to detox. She’s insisting that detox isn’t helpful, and just makes her want to use (She has run from detox 5x over the past 4 years). She would like to detox at home instead, but if she is going to go to rehab, I she needs to spend at least some time in detox.

Ok, so I have a couple of offers, one kind of lackluster, for the County. The other is for a credit union-I left credit unions a few years ago to join a FinTech supporting credit unions)
I was laid off last month and have had a flurry of interviews…this credit union offer is my favorite so far, I do have another offer I’m waiting for from another tech company which has a much higher salary range, but nothing is written in stone.
Should I counter? The offer is $95k for a project manager.

Amex corporate green card or CSR? I’m not seeing many benefits to the Amex and I’m wondering whether I should just stop paying the annual fee and apply for CSR instead and get reimbursed for business expenses from that card.
