This is why humans are so stupid. We want everything and not happy with things we have and most importantly, give undue importance to money over happiness . Everyday we see posts about companies like EPAM and startups who paid high salaries and now fire people , but we never learn. Looks like you want to screw your own happiness.. all the best
If you really like the work and have a good wlb why bother to switch in 10 months. Speak with your manager and ask for more pay. At least complete 2yrs and then switch. Just my suggestions.
Which Kantar vertical is this? Mine refused to give permanent wfh and is planning to get rid of hybrid model as well
Damn, lucky, I'm in Analytics practice, they are refusing to have any sort of hybrid arrangement that doesn't involve 3 days a week in office
At least wait till next appraisal before switching. For 6 YOE, close to 18L should have been good. Just ask for a fair hike and if it's not fair then switch.
What would be considered a fair hike?
Switch bro. Don't think too much. If you think too much you won't be able to make decisions.
Before switching decide your priorities so will be easy to chose what companies you want to get into.

Bad advice
how much is a senior research manager with 5 years of experience paid? qualitative research
How much I can expect as associate research manager with 1YOE?
Yes, I even have my plan to complete work for at least 2-3 years.
Thanks for your suggestion:)
