Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.
Was reluctant to cover my shifts when I became sick and requested time off for a few days. (4 days)

I have COVID and have not been back to school since Christmas break. My district does not require a negative test to return, just 5 days of quarantine. However, I am a special Ed teacher and work with medically fragile kiddos.
