I recently completed interview process with Neudesic. 2 Weeks passd but the offer letter didn't came. I called recruiter in the morning today, she told due to IBM merger they are excpecting some movement from IBM to Neudesic. So position is on hold for now.
I asked them 18 LPA. I have 2.2 years of exp. Recruiter told my interview was very good with a positive feedback. She told to wait till October end to get clarity.
Anybody in the same boat?

I have 6 yrs of HR exp, a PHR cert & an HRIP cert. I recently left my role as an HR Rep at a tech co b/c I was working 60+/week and the stress of the job was affecting my health. I recently received an offer at a new tech co that is $10k less than what I was previously making with comments from current EEs that this new co has a better WLB. Total comp is still a lot less than my prev company. Is less comp too much of a compromise for better WLB? What have you compromised for a better WLB?

How much amount does EY Australia pay/ reimburse for relocation from a country in South East Asia? My question is for a Manager position if the amount changes with designations.
Alternatively, do they offer an option to provide relocation services from one of their vendors instead of reimbursing the relocation expenses. Your response will be very helpful! EY
All big four firms for every level are published in the AFR consulting salaries guide. Keep in mind those are entry salaries for each level and sometimes there may be overlap.
Eg SC at my firm for the strat team is 100-125.
I’m in my 2nd year of SC and am at 115k
Pro
85-120k I would say depending on city, firm or service line
I was on 98k as a big 4 SC in a higher COL city (typically Sydney, CBR, Melb)
Range from 80k to 115k + bonus (typically 3-5%) in Canberra. That’s common for non tech consulting across mid tiers and big 4
Pro
Probably 95-110 for tech consulting. Will be higher than audit and stuff like that but not as high as strategy
According to a strategy recruiting company 2022 salary report (base only):
MBB = Senior Associate /Consultant $130k-$180k
Big 4 / Tier 2 = Associate/Consultant $100k- $130k (next level up reported was Manager $140k- $170k)
