Depends on experience and location. In Southern California it starts around $55 per hour with benefits. With 5 to 10 years of experience you can get around $70 per hour with benefits. If you go per-diem I have see 13 weeks assignments for $100 per hour.

There’s a lot of temp/per diem gigs in Illinois where I am and they’re about $75-$80 and hour.
Theyre travel roles. You’re on assignment for a period of time at that site. Sometimes you get to know a lot about it before you go. You don’t get to pick the best shifts and this can be a hard role depending on where you are.
