Hello everyone! I recently interviewed for a fast-growing pharmaceutical startup's UX/product lead position. They are building a cloud-based platform. I was tasked with thinking about who I’d hire to build the team to successfully launch the product in two years (no budget limit) and what skills I’d add to the team. As I'm new to leadership roles, I'm not sure if this was a trick question. Any thoughts on how to answer the question? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

People with dogs: how did you get your dog used to city life? My dog is almost a year and half now (having lived the past ~5 months in the city) and he is terrified of the city. We used to live in the suburbs so much more quiet and low key. The cars going by, sudden sounds, bikes/scooters are a huge stressor, but more than anything it’s people - if he sees anyone walking or around him he panics and tries to flee. I can’t afford to send him to an expensive dog trainer and don’t know what to do :/
