1. Finance Effectiveness/ EPM role at one of the Big 4
2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4
3. Organization strategy role from one of the top consulting companies (not Big 4)

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile

Edward Jones advisor with 30 million AUM and roughly 250k gross production. Been there for almost 4 years. Got an offer at Merrill Lynch to take over a 100 million dollar retirement transition plan in 5 years, or to join a 5 person Merrill Lynch team that manages a lot.

Pros to EJ: Have my own office, a year or two away from partnership, great office setting and client satisfaction.

Pros to Merrill: Bump in compensation, additional tools and services w banking, ability to take over assets.

I always wanted to work abroad and I got a offer now for a secondment in Australia with same title (SC) and 30% lower salary (local market standard). At the same time I also got a offer from a boutique in the US with a 15% pay increase and better title compared to what I have now. Feels a bit like a money/career vs. life experience decision. Would you forfeit the better pay/title in the US for the secondment experience in Australia?
