I just created a bowl for attorneys on the autism spectrum/autistic attorneys. I am sharing here in case this might be relevant to anyone here: https://joinfishbowl.com/bowl_xg2f38fuh2 My son is on the spectrum and I realize I likely am, too, after researching more about autism to help him. Feel free to join the bowl if it may be of help to anyone here!

Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

I would -
1. Use the classic resume format
2. Bullet points should be more concise
Pfizer has health and science (also some sales rep) positions. Feel free to message me :-)
Thanks for the feedback so far. I can't reply or send DMs for some reason. I will work to make the bullet points more concise.
Besides that, I ironically had a more classic set up for my resume but paid for a rewrite and got what I posted in the original post. Here is what my resume looked like previously. Do you think I should stick with this layout instead of the layout in the original post?
It’s better but still too “fancy,” IMO. Don’t forget to add the Education as you’re a recent grad.
Additionally, try to ensure everything is on a single page. If not- cut!
I work for Allergan now and used to be a sales rep for Vraylar too! Congrats on getting your doctorate degree!
What are some ways you suggest to improve it?
Nice, what products do you have now? And thanks!
I’m in eye care and represent Vuity, if your interested in coming back to the company, you can use me a referral. I think your experience is impressive!

As for your own format that you shared, I would remove the summary (it’s an outdated thing) and replace it with your degrees/honors and certifications.
Haha it says page 1/3. Here is a screenshot of the last 2 pages.

Ah, I see! Well in that case, I highly recommend you cut down on how long your descriptions are for each role (3-4 bullet points is ideal), remove the summary statement, and take out the two-column format they created (ATS can’t read that properly). You don’t want your resume to be too long — it’s just a brief summary of you. Also, I don’t think the justified text alignment is needed. It is not the norm. Someone else said to use a serif font; I’m not super familiar with this industry but if it’s a very traditional one then I would agree. I also think you could do without color, especially if it’s a traditional industry. I hope that helps!
Yes, that does help! Thanks for the feedback
