Junior attorney currently at a firm. I worked as an intern in-house for over a year before starting work at the firm and I loved it. I’d love to be a GC. I decided to opt for firm work to build up my credentials and I’ve been at the firm for roughly 2 years. When should I move back in-house?

Any Private Organization will go for lay-off if they are not generating profit(Even Netflix). Remember, all Tech Giants today we see were once a startup.
Why I preferred StartUp --> because developing from scratch is not possible in most organizations but StartUp and I preferred "learning and Money" more than "WLB and stability" at this age. If the question will be asked after 5 years from now, I may have preferred less salary and More WLB, but that is not the scenario right now.

I have been going through community manager job ads to see what skills I should focus on. The responsibilities seem to vary significantly between companies. What are the core hard skills you think someone should focus on?

Long-time sales operations/compensation professional, who loves their team & company but has recently realized they are really turned on by enterprise-level operational efficiency opportunities. Passively considering making the jump to this being an official role. Echo and nuclear leaders and techs: is your facility 1) requiring COVID testing before exercise stress testing, 2) wear N95 and PPE, or 3) both testing and PPE?
Our clinic is removing the cost barrier of testing but staff are worried about risks since echo rooms don’t have HEPA or negative pressure systems and patients are allowed to remove their masks while running and breathing heavy during image acquisition.

There are many reasons why the current atmosphere for clinicians is a total shit show. What irks me the most is when companies say they treat everyone like “family” but do things like micromanage you or treat you like crap. I made the switch from marketing to PR this year. I basically went from having 15 years of experience to being a newbie in a different subject matter. I miss creative development for ads/web/video, having more tactics to integrate into strategies, and the leadership opportunities I had managing junior team members. I don’t miss 50+ work weeks and measuring success from my stress level. I like my team, but I feel underutilized. Should I sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride for a few years?
