What level is field sale rep at Google?
Anyone here work within Houlihan Lokey’s TAS/AFR practice? Currently in AAS and saw a SVP posting on LinkedIn but just curious about nature of projects, work life balance, compensation structure (base and bonus), and promotion progression (what comes after SVP and how long on average to get promoted)? Any insights on these items and anything additional would be much appreciated!

So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

Any opinions on KWT Global?
Does your current company have an internal marketing or PR department? I’d start by having a chat with them. Oftentimes the internal teams are open to having someone transfer to their team from another internal role if you have the right attitude, learn quickly, and can demonstrate how your experience translates.
Otherwise, there’s a lot of advice out there about getting PR experience with nonprofits or organizations you’re passionate about on the side - and use that to build your experience and network until you can make the move to full time
I think you can do this but you'll have to be open to starting at the bottom and working your way up
At Edelman we're always looking for people who want to pitch media - even if they're in another department. I bet other agencies are the same
I’m actually fine with that. One thing I pride myself on is being open to change. I just have to find the right pieces to get this together. Thanks everyone!!!
Keep the ideas and suggestions coming!
Agreed with CMO1, get to know agency/corporate comms people as they are more than happy to chat with you about their jobs. 4As should have a Corp Comms day that you should consider attending. Lastly, what area of PR? When I see publicist, I think TV or Hollywood. Is that the direction you are thinking?
Yeah PR and publicist not necessarily the same thing...
