Would it be possible to work as a part-time real estate agent while working in Big 4 audit/consulting? Coursera and LinkedIn have great courses, but also find out what software your team uses- Monday, Asana, Jira, etc. Toutube has a lot of Project management videos specifically for those tools that will help you overcome the tech learning curve.
Agree with above re: courses! Also, good recruiters are organized so make sure you have the right tools in place
