Asked the senior, what do you do when you are at the client site and client does not provide PBC's. Senior Response "Contemplate suicide".
Do you all have personal portfolios? If so, is there a particular service/platform you’re using to display past project work?
Has anyone gone freelance to making your own agency? If so how did you do it? When did you know it was the right time and how do you keep steady project work flowing?
I’m working with a client who doesn’t have a lot of production experience. We shared the treatment of our reco director and they’re asking to see all other treatments before reviewing the reco. I’ve never had this happen. Has anyone had to share treatments with clients for all bidders? I’m worried they will choose a treatment we aren’t aligned with creatively.
I recently got an offer from Accenture ATCI. Can you please tell me about the current bench scenario there and how long do they take for assigning project? Will there be any interview for getting project??

I keep hearing this is a job seeker's market but even with 10+ yrs project mgt experience, 2 industry certs & great recommendations I'm having a tough time finding roles at a higher level than Project Manager.(tech, marketing, agency). Anyone else having similar challenges and/or any advice to share? TIA!
I am currently working as a delivery manager for a data science project where I manage both ML and DE teams. I am not sure what career path should I follow.
Should I move into either a core technical data science/data engineering role or move into a techno-managerial role like a program or project manager? What role would be best in terms of money, growth, and job security?
I’m currently interviewing for a Program Manager role & the recommend level from my interviewers was L4. I have 11 years experience. I’ve worked on large complex highly visible projects for large companies (Fox, Disney, a few record labels). I’ve built out PMOs from scratch & I even launched my own CPG company a few years back & the products are widely distributed. I’m currently a Director of Project Management. For this reason L4 seems a bit low - any chance the level is negotiable?
What would you do? You're a mid level specialist working on a deal that your client wanted to close the day before but there is an outstanding issue your team needs to resolve. After going back and forth with the client, your partner, and the other side, a high level solution proposed and you have the pen ...

What is the bench period in IBM? I joined on jan 2022, it's been 6weeks still clocking the bench code. I have cleared one project interview after one week suddenly they released me from the project. Client POC wants a project doc structured one way but SM insists another way will cause us much less issues in the future. I directly interface with POC frequently, more than SM does. What do?
Someone explain the practice of sending a more junior associate an email you’ve entirely prepped and drafted and saying “please send to so and so and copy me”. Like, wut? Why don’t you just send it yourself? Honestly so obnoxious and ethically questionable tbh like okay I’m gonna bill our client for this?

Hello everyone! I’m looking from going from a sales support role to an HR coordinator role.
I have previous experience in Recruiting, hiring, training, conflict resolutions, working with unions, investigations in drug and sexual harassment at a retail level. I have gained significant transferable skills since I needed office experience.
How do I get this noticed & additionally, how can I stop being boxed into a sales support role via recruiters on LinkedIn?
