What is the starting base pay for a Private Client Advisor and wha tides their incentive plan look like? Looking to move up from a Relationship Banker. Any information would be great.

Currently a relationship banker at Chase making 70k (45k base + commission) in Miami FL. Currently licensed with series 6 & 63. Been feeling stuck in role and recently got offer from Merril Lynch for the Wealth Management Banking Specialist role with 85k base . My market director gave me a counter offer to stay and make me Private Client Banker at an affluent branch. What is the best choice career wise? I want to grow in wealth management and possibly the advisor route.

I’m so happy, after 2.5 years, I finally received offers to break into a CRE😀 One role is CMBS - Capital Markets Analyst and the other is an acquisition/ development analyst type of role. Both forms offered $70k base. What’s the best way to negotiate to $77k+?

I've accepted my first SE role and I'm wondering how I did on salary. I'm coming from a network consultant role where I primarily implemented projects. My background is strictly technical, but as a consultant its also very client facing. Overall 10 YoE. I live in a lcol area. My OTE is $175k (80/20). It's a good move for me from previous salary, wanting to compare it as an SE salary though. Given lack of sales background, I think I did good.

Hi, i have been laid off by publicis sapient & my LWD was at 30dec, 2022. I got a job within 15 days and asked ps to prepone my LWD to 30nov, 2022. During the layoff meeting they said I will get salary till 30th dec, even of i leave early with bonus of 5% of my total compensation and leave encashment money also. With all this I am supposed to get approx 2 lakh. But I got 56k today. I am not sure if it is the F&f settlement or not. Can anyone help?

Having an offer of same package of 16LPA in JLL and LTI. YOE is 7 years.
I am confused in between to choose.

Herd that JLL( Jones Lang LaSalle) is product based and LTI is service based.

Which company is stable in terms of WLB and Job security, JLL or LTI ?

I worked in a company for 15 days and resigned officially. I got Form-16 from the company and salary which I got is half of what is in the Form-16. When I discussed with the company, they mentioned we reserved the difference amount considering 7 days as notice period.

Am I eligible to fight and get the full amount???
