I’ve been searching for an HR Manager or Senior Generalist Position for months. I check all the boxes on experience and SHRM cert but no degree. I can’t get past the ATS. I just saw what appeared to be a hot yoga class being taken inside an outdoor dining set up at a local restaurant. They had clear tarps covering the side that would normally be “open air” (ie it was fully enclosed) and additional space heaters running.

Where can I find new friends? I feel like my priorities are so different from them now. They are still in a hyper competitive rat race mindset. Every conversation is about finmemes or PE recruiting or how their date works at Wells instead of at Goldman.
