Received the LTIMindtree offer in USA as an Associate Principal, couldn't find a lot of information on this designation. Currently, working as Sr. Solutions Architect at Persistent Systems. Can anybody share some information on where this position fits in the hierarchy? Is it a leadership level position such as Associate Director? Who reports to this position? How's the career growth and opportunities at LTIMindtree?

Anyone who has had two remote jobs. How did you go about it? I will of course ensure there’s no conflict of interest. But practically did you update your linked in? Just not say anything to either or the companies? Ideally I’d like a contract position where I can work outside of business hours for a side gig but it seems easier to just find another ft job.

Does TCS has udemy business access for employees ?

I have joined Tcs last year as analyst and I got internal project where manpower is less and therefore workload is 200%. The salary I got in hand is 22k. How to change project in client based project or should I switch ? Please suggest me some better ideas.

Do I need to complete 3 years in LTI to get band P2 or after joining and after 6-7 months in LTI is my band going to change to P2 or I need to work 3 years to get P2..?

Got the confirmation from lti saying that i have cleared all the rounds as senior BA. Since i received confirmation from them i have opted out of all the other offers. But now the recruitment team is saying that the requirement is on hold, we can't release an offer letter.
