What would you choose between P&G, pwC and a small consulting firm for a data science internship. The three positions are based in Paris and in data science, I have to take a decision this week and I'm completely lost :/
I don't have any clear idea about what I would like to do after (sometimes I think about a phd but others I prefer consulting...)

If I buy a car from a private seller out of state where I’m paying off their lien, then there’s a delay until the bank and dmv sync up and release the lien on the title, does the car just have to stay with the seller or I have to pay to ship it to me? I don’t see how I can drive it back without the title, which is required to get a temp transport plate. Car is in Wisconsin I’m in Illinois, and lien is with Chase bank.

I have written plenty of Stored Procs, ad-hoc, Functions, etc. in SQL Server. Administered SQL Server for a while as well, with permissions and roles and such. Got offers from Slalom and EY. Of course EY is significantly higher than Slalom. How much lower, in percent (on average), is acceptable for staying local and not travel. Slalom is 30 percent lower.
