What is the salary of manager at Macquarie Group, Gurugaon with 10 years of experience? Tech stack full stack developer with strong Java and azure experience.

Seeking advice: Looking at long term Career salary trajectory between the big 4 vs big tech. Currently a director /sr manager at a big 4 and have an offer from a big tech firm paying 30% more. Long term, i can make partner at my firm in a few years if I stay, which has its benefits. If i go to big tech, im assuming i will be able to make partner salary even sooner. $ aside, not sure about the wlb at big tech. looking for advice from everyone else if i should stay at my firm or take this offer?

Got an offer, made a counter, they came back and said they’re keeping their offer where it is.

Is it reasonable to ask for a larger signing bonus if the firm says you’re not eligible for a discretionary bonus the year of joining, because you’re starting 4-5 months into their performance year?

My friend who has experience of 2.5 years went for in interview in Infosys for automation testing. He had the salary package of 4lpa in tcs and Infosys just offered him 5.5lpa fixed, the incident is of 4 months old....Please suggest like does companies like Infosys give this much less less hike to automation engineers(selenium with Java one)? I need an adult. Our team paralegal and senior attorney do not get along. Senior attorney asks for things to be done usually around 4-6pm. Paralegal will ignore the request completely, either because it’s “last minute” or just out of spite. Senior attorney does not respect boundaries, but paralegal does not realize that ignoring the request just makes more work for the rest of us. This is exhausting and occurs at least 2 to 3 times a week. Is there any way to resolve this conflict?

I’m currently with a F500 company, on a great team with decent benefits, A+ WLB, but my entire 8 yrs of recruiting has been retail/hourly roles, and recently have been wanting to expand my arsenal & get into tech/engineering. I currently make a comp of about 90k. Amazon recruiter reached out & they accepted my 150k comp expect & I’m now at the “on-site” interview portion. Recruiting is for engineering or IT roles. Is the Amazon WLB really that bad? It’s a big increase.
