I got offer from natwest on sep 20 and i got mail regarding Pre employment screening on 22 September and from my side i uploaded the all documents to the verification and one of the executive visited my present address for back ground verification on 28 sept.till now i didn't get any mails regarding completion of PES.can anyone explain me that how many days it will take for the process.

My current job role is Digital marketing Specialist with 3.6LPA. Im trying to shift my field of work into AWS cloud for which I have been preparing to crack AWS cloud Practitioner, followed by AWS Solutions Architect Exam.

Do you disclose when you were promoted on your CV? I’ve been as a assistant manager for over a year but have just been ‘promoted’ to manager. Have been doing the same role for the entire time… only thing that changed was my official role title. Do I need to split this out into two roles on my CV?

Would ideally like to keep as one optically to avoid having to ‘spend more time in the manger role’… as I’ve been doing that role for a year now and keen to move on!

Looking to move on from current role however bonus/pay review period in 6 months (base jump likely to be around 10%). Is it better to wait to get the bump then negotiate off that for next role or start looking for roles now and accept if can find a jump of 15-20%? (understand that it might be possible to negotiate sign on to compensate for missed bonus). Any generic rule of thumb / insights that have helped ppl? Hi all - looking for stats and help on what a St Consultant level III gets paid here in London? (My understanding is that levels are indicative of the cost of living of your home office and thus a higher level guarantees a higher pay). With 80K I feel like I’m being severely low-balled. I’m transferring from a US office.

Currently an M in big four consulting, focusing on IT Strategy & Operating Model. Getting a bit disappointed with pay (currently 63k + benefits) and the type of projects we are moving towards (more SI).

Trying to understand possible consulting moves, I would ideally like to remain in consulting and have been approached by Capgemini Invent and PA. Both pay better, but not sure about reputation / future opportunities with this move.

Any thoughts on this?
