I suggest you remind them, politely, that those duties belong to (fill in the name) and you're working on (fill in a role/responsibility they also perform). We are close family and they trust my judgement. Another of my uncles wants to join for the next home we buy. How do we split/ allow their buy in to our partnership for the next home?
