I resigned from my job and manager agreed with 50 days np. I got released from project in 30 days. My manager also resigned . What happens now? I still have 20 days to go before I join the new company? Will I be forced to leave early since I am on bench?

Anyone else done menopause completely natural?

My spouse is in better shape and is healthier than me. Can anyone relate? Does this bother anyone? I’ve tried so hard to look better but my emotional toll is working overtime. I weigh more than my husband by 10 lbs.

Oh the insomnia and hot flashes. I wind up on this silly app all night when I should be sleeping comfortably.

I am 52 I have been feeling so tired and when I was in my 40’s. I had a lot more energy. Now I am so tired after work - but I have 4 girls ages, 16-15-13-9. Has any of you ladies tried natural supplements to help with various things? I'm curious about them.

I finally broke down and went back on HRT last week. I have been taking gabapentin for a nerve injury which I’ve learned helps hot flashes. I can’t tell a significant difference yet aside from maybe getting a little better sleep. I saw a new doctor (male) to get my prescription refilled and he seems to have a different philosophy than my last doctor (female). He wants me to be on HRT until 51, but after that he doesn’t recommend it. I hope by that age I’ll be off the gabapentin…

I’ve been really depressed. I mean this is a low point I haven’t experienced in awhile. My job is horrible, I’m getting heavy, so many factors...when can this be blamed on menopause or just life in general??

Good Morning All!
I’ve been having some mental issues lately and have no idea if it’s due to my HRT.
If I take .75 of estradiol I still have hot flashes. If I take 1.0 I feel either numb or depressed constantly.
I feel like I’m bearing this battle alone as my Physician’s seem like experimenting with dosing is my only option.
I’ve also consistently done intermittent fasting for two weeks, exercise 5x per week, and am eating better all to lose a whopping .5 lbs. SMH

Hi ladies, I'm in my mid 40s and I think I'm entering peri. I currently have a Mirena but I should replace it again soon, but one more will put me into my 50s(!!) and I was wondering if anyone here knows that they're in peri or menopause without having periods. Is there blood work or something to check? I definitely do not want to have another child accidentally. I've got 5 more years until my youngest is in college and don't want to start over again.
