I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I am trying to move to Houston but I don’t want to move until I am confident I can obtain a position in the city before packing up and leaving.

I have a background in engineering and an MBA; 20 years of experience in various technology sectors (software, semiconductor, aerospace, healthcare). Looking at career options in climate change/sustainability. Any ideas? I’ve mostly worked on products, and I love new technology.

Why does @Deloitte India have so many different teams for the same work?? Basically what is the difference between:
1. Deloitte India SAMA (Strategy and M&A) team,
2. Deloitte India Financial Advisory (domestic) team,
3. Deloitte India Financial Advisory (International) team also called as DI Joint Venture??

I worked as staff RN for 4 yrs - went per diem to go FT at a hosp ASC as staff RN for 1.5yrs. I settled for offer less than asking (100-120k) & renegotiation after 6 mo. for the DON position. I was given +8k - still below range - after 4 mo. To ready for inspection, I’ve had to do “OT” admin & often help clinically as RN..

Anyone else super overwhelmed by interviews? I thought essays would be the worst of it but the short notice and back to back nature is getting to me

Asking for a friend; but, in the world of non union digital content shoots, what are the meal period laws for crew on pre-light and shoot days? I always follow union rules to be safe and because it’s the bare minimum producers should do for their crew, but hearing about a production team not feeding their crews ANY meals and only feeling the talent and client is really getting under my skin, sounds illegal, and I want to get to the bottom of what the rules really are. I am holding an offer 16 lack fixed salary and 10% variable from ecolab company permanent payroll = 18 lap
Similarly I am getting offer of 24lpa fixed but it is C2H for 6 month.

Bonus - 10LPA (over 2 years)
RSU- 137 (over 4 yrs) worth 13.5 LPA ,standard Amazon vesting

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.

IDC about salary, my end goal is to learn & know end-2-end tech, work in MAANG in next 1-2 year
LTI said they would put me on bench and based on skillsets assign me random project. In 'X' no laptop/work assigned, yet less clarity on project
