Kindly help me out past 3 months I'm applying for job but not getting anything.

I'm looking for job opportunities in pharmaceutical or biotechnology company,currently in Hamilton Canada with permanent resident.

I have 10 years of experience in quality control manager in serum institute of India ltd.
Please guide me

One of my current coaching clients told me “I have to interview for my job.” It’s not the first time I’ve heard of this happening in a re-org. But please, HR folks, help me understand: Why this is a good idea? It seems incredibly anxiety-provoking for the employees. What’s the business rationale for this? And what does it do to employee morale?

Feeling so unbelievably defeated. Two months of interviewing and weeks and weeks of delay for the recruiter to admit she doesn’t have an update and doesn’t know when one will come. This entire process has taken such a toll on my mental. I need to leave but am too afraid to go through this again with another company. Any words of wisdom are welcome. 😢

Are there any differences between McK interviews with EM/AP in the first round and Partners in the second round? (E.g. one focuses more on math, others focus more on PEI…)

I've been interviewing for a role since May 4th. I've had 8 interviews: virtual on-site, team members, a case study presentation panel interview, a surprise chat w/the VP of CS. 2.5 months in the process... Called the recruiter today asking for final decisions, told we've hired a lot in the last qrtr, trying to work through finance and reorgs. I'm super upset that they've wasted so much of my time to keep me warm in limbo with no regard to the amount of time I resources wasted

Okay so listen I interviewed for a company on Monday which I sent the recruiter a thank you email Tuesday morning.

She told me I would hear back yesterday or today but I’m kinda impatient. 😭

Currently a Director with Top 10 accounting firm mainly focused on IT audit. Interviewing for a mid size bank as SVP of compliance. What Comp should I ask for? Glassdoor isn't helping given limited data points.

Has anyone lost an offer of employment because they didn't reply with a decision in time?

If so what was the length of delay and what was your excuse to the recruiter?

I feel like during the interviewing process you may have multiple interviewers and processes that go along with that, which means you may need time to compare offers. I want to be honest with the recruiter and say I am going to have to wait and compare offers when they are all on the table, which would be ~1 month.

Any BCGer willing to do a case with me? I will be interviewing in a few weeks and would love some expert advice. I have cased extensively, but wonder if similar to casing with real consultants. Thanks!

Why do so many of you seem to think you need a referral to get an interview at MBB? I’ve interviewed ~200 candidates and fewer than 10% had a referral.

My dream company has opened many positions in my field in various of their subsidiaries for the first time since I started my career. A month ago, I applied to all the available ones at that moment and I finally did my first interview. Now, I’m just waiting to get a call about a second interview. They keep posting new jobs I qualify for in different subsidiaries, should I continue to apply to increase my chances, or is that wrong bc I’m already started the interview process with one position?

Do you try to avoid job interviewing on Monday? I might have a very important interview on the following Monday and I am not sure if I should try to see if I can reschedule it. I heard so many stories about Monday being the worst day as people are usually busy with meetings and work and therefore distracted. Is this true?

Is anyone else getting ghosted way too much? I've done several interviews over the past 2 months. 3 in which i made it to the 3rd and final rounds of interviews, only to never hear from these companies again.
