Spouse is a state department employee and currently overseas. I’m a manager with three years of experience in consulting and 8 years of experience in the military where I left as a O-3 (GS-12 equivalent). 1 year exp. which is irrelevant for the role I'm being hired for.. I made my mind bcoz this 1 yr irrelevant experience is also from IT company only, so in BGV TCS HR conducts enquiry if I had I just worked there or not right?? , I'm assuming they'll not enquire my roles & responsibility, previous tech stack that I was working on..
