I have an offer from a good bank in Copenhagen,DK for a IT position for base salary 600,000 DKK ( 50k per month ) before taxes. Retirement, insurance will be added on top of this package further.

While in India I hold a fixed package of about 27LPA.

My YOE is 9.6.

I am a single person, no family obligations yet.
I am wondering if this will this be a good move for me , I hope I won't be hand to mouth since I read that Cph,DK is one of the most expensive places to live!?

Hello! I have been a Pharmacy Technician for about 9 years now and I need to move on. My salary is in the mid 50s which is considered high for this role, so there is little opportunity to advance with this title. I've been applying relentlessly to other positions within and outside of my company. Im a contractor. Another firm has reached out for 100% remote work for basically a lateral move. I really like where I’m at right now. I’m remote but if I turn to FTE which is very possible later this year I would probably end up having to go in 1 or 2 days a week to NYC. My manager knows this is basically a dealbreaker for me. Should I let my manager know I have another firm reaching out but I really want to stay but I’d need to be a remote FTE? They mentioned several times I’m an asset.
