Hello Fellow Fishes, I'm being offered Senior Associate position at PwC India. My current compensation is 12.5 LPA and work ex 4.5 years. I've asked for a 50% raise to which HR said it's bit too high for the position and they'll get back to me with a number. What kind of number should I expect? Hi fishes, in a dilemma....switched to a Big4 from MNC(almost 7 years of exp) in April 2020. The pay was normalised at 15.5LPA. Will get the package revised next month to 16.25 LPA. Now Deloitte has approached, so can I ask for 30%pay hike considering the switch will happen after completing almost 11-12 months in my current organization or can I ask for more than 30%, depending if I get a senior consultant or manager role? Also will the switch within a year have any negative impact?
