Having trouble with the job search and school balance. I know what strategic and “easy” steps I need to do, but have trouble with the motivation and upkeep to do it. There are so many little things to keep track of and I get overwhelmed.

Now i just received an email that the recruiter was sharing my info on the backend and a team is interested and would like to do a “fit” call prior to going onsite. Have you ever heard about “Green Line Offer” process which is supposed to be a quicker version of the standard Hiring Committee to reach the offer stage? My recruiter told me about this yesterday and said it will take 2-3 days as the review is done “offline” so no need to wait HC to meet. This was completely new to me. No background info asked so far so I’m wondering how they will do the background check.

What level do you start at generally right after a masters degree, with internship and significant research experience during the degree? I started as an L3, but I don’t think I’m able to utilize my full potential.

Had my final interview round with a HM almost 1.5 weeks ago and was told during the group prep session that we would hear results within 5 business days following interviews about the decision of going to HC.
