Hello fellow 🐠🐠🐠, I attended an interview with MSFT for CSA role. Recruiter just called me to inform that I got positive feedback from the interviewers and will be moving forward in the process. He mentioned that there will be a meeting with Business to present the results and align a specific role. I am little confused because I thought the interview was for a specific role. He was not able to tell me the level I might be mapped to as well. Any idea what this really means?

There's collective bargaining by the engineering team about what tasks they take on (Grooming / Sprint Planning ~ Contracts).
There's regular feedback and round tables to see how to improve things (Retros ~ Union meetings).

Hi, I got an offer today that I want to accept bUt need advoce on non-competes. My current employer is in the Employer of Record industry and my contract with them includes a non-compete. The company I got an offer from is an Employment wrapper for DAOs and web3 companies - they provide something similar to EOR services but the client base is completely different + they dont go after the same clients as my current employer. The non-compete would not apply in this case, correct?

Advice please! I fell into my role (3 yrs) after 20 years in high commission sales. I went from managing a customer service team to overseeing the entire company in 18 months.
