I had a friend that did both. I'm not sure how, but worked K-5 building during the day and college classes evenings and weekends. It's a thought 🤔 if you can do both for a time. You look for a K-12 position while you still have your "office" job. Good luck 🍀

I was gone from the classroom 13 years to have my family. Teaching has always been my love. Going back was overwhelming and intense. I have now been back (this is my)8 years. If I would’ve known how much it changed I may have gone in a different direction? Not sure. Pay has been a big issue and stress.

I left the classroom for 2 years. Hated it. Returned to the classroom and don’t want to ever leave! Did have difficulty re-establishing myself and how I wanted things to be different. But once I sorted that out... it’s been great!

I'm looking for help bringing discipline and excellence to an org with very poor brand compliance, a rat's nest of sub-brands, and little understanding of marcom (the role, value, and difference between good and bad). The 30 person marcom team 'gets it,' but the 8k other employees don't. Anyone have examples where they were able to effect change in a similar environment?

Getting ready to get back to work (mostly WFH) and panicking about our choice to send our six month old to daycare. Know reasonably it doesn't make sense to try to wfh with kid, nanny is out of budget and family lives far. Any words of encouragement or advice to make transition smooth?

I work for almost 12 hours in USI. I am not able to give time to my gf. Not able to pursue any hobby...no time to learn new trending tech....no time to learn stock market..The firm is providing well being subsidy but I'm missing my regular workouts due to this hectic schedule...well being ka maa behen kark 25k subsidy ka kya karenge ? Ab bohot log bolenge paisa bhi toh utna Deloitte dere...But what is the use of that money when you don't have enough time to enjoy it ? ? Let me know your thoughts

How do you keep the weight off? I feel like I’ve gained 15lbs since working that’s just sticking to me - looking at pictures from 4 years ago makes me sad. I look completely different.
