I have an internal transfer offer for Sys dev 2 role from 2 teams in Amazon :
1. AWS active directory team : complete alien for me, mostly on Active directory and python
2. Digital platform : Java, design opportunities and project opportunities

Both are giving more or less the same compensation. I want to know where is the growth better. Please help me select one

How hard would it be to get a job if I quit mine? I’m feeling really burnt out and unhappy with my current environment. I’ve been applying for positions since February and not getting much traction. I did really well in my yearly review and received a score that translates into going above expectations. I was told that I am not eligible for the full 5% salary increase because I’m in the 90th percentile of my salary band and am getting too close to reaching the cap, therefore I am only receiving a 2.5% raise. SPS RCO SAM is a prison

Recently I moved to this team, things were going fine and now they BLOCKED Tampermonkey script/google translate/Retail assistant/any extension usage across all browsers in my laptop . Apparently it is blocked by administrator for all the RCO employees. They have blocked it stating 'security reasons'.
I don't understand what they wanna accomplish by doing all this, are Amazon's security walls so fragile that they need to implement these measures?
