I am a Unit Coordinator and I enjoyed what I was doing so much I took the time and spent the money to get certified. I was later told congratulations but my certification wouldn’t come with a pay increase, over the last couple months I spotted a new HUC position for a department I’ve been dying to get into for a while now and recently interviewed for the job. I just wondered what is a reasonable salary request if the question gets risen? I should also mention I have my BA and 1+ experience.

I am looking to get out of the retail automotive sales business and perhaps find something related, like automotive software suppler position. I have been a BDC Director and Manager and have 10+ years of experience training BD agents on process and software applications in the industry. I can't seem to get any traction with the vendors. Found out I’m being paid less than average for my role even though I was hired on as a senior project coordinator and later on “promoted” to a business analyst with no bump in pay. I am a contractor through an agency which I’m aware that plays a part in my take salary.

I need some advice, I’ve been in a newly created role within a pharma agency for about three months now and it is not going too well. There is little to no structure or direction from senior leadership, no access to client data, little to no billable work. Worst of all, no project is related to what I have been hired to do.

Does a master’s degree count as work experience?
My wife has an MBA from India, and is currently enrolled in MS in Business Analytics at a top university in USA. She has almost a year experience in project management, which is the field she is looking for jobs in as well.
My question is, most of the Project Management roles require 2-4 year work ex. Do you think her master’s degree will be counted as Work ex?

I work at an US bank in a middle office role in India but I’m not liking it much because it’s process oriented. Now I’m getting an offer from an Indian based bank for the Treasury and FX sales role but I’m so confused about the job security and targets. My questions are below:
