Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.
Was reluctant to cover my shifts when I became sick and requested time off for a few days. (4 days)
Any thoughts?

I had a interview with the technician recruiter at Yelp on 2/22, and an interview with one of the IT managers on 3/8. It’s been a week since my second interview and I haven’t heard anything. need vent - I'm having real anxiety, my mom/boss owns the family law firm that she built from the ground up, older sister helped (literally runs the office, payroll, and paralegal). My sister has been out for health reasons (at one point we thought cancer).
