I'm offered a role of Specialist ( Package implementation) with 7 YOE @LTI. Is this equivalent to a role of team lead??

Is there a way to exit to MC/PE/IB from M&A Tax? I know the work isn’t 1:1 but do employers view the skill as valuable and can be a good measure of a good worker?

Why am I finding it so difficult to find a Business Analyst/Sales & Marketing Performance Analyst role in my preferred location even after having 2+ yrs of experience with a good portfolio?

Am I trying to look for the same really soon or am I not skilled enough?

Six months ago, the recruitment team of a bank reached to me, offering position to be a Change Manager for a internal project.

By that time the project was already a huge mess and right now it’s totally derailed. Now I’m nervous because I think they’ll shrink the project and my area might be in line to be cut and I have no sponsor to back me up. What do you think I should do if the worst scenario happens?
