I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? I’m a new grad hire (7 months) in the OCM consulting space. I’m passionate about change management and communication strategy. I've been reading, googling, and perusing anything I can get my hands on about OCM, including old OCM deliverables and our current methodology. My People Manager told me that OCM is a journey when it comes to understanding it and that a lot of that knowledge is gained through just experience. I thought that was my job as the ux designer to figure out the best way to solve a need. But I’m getting handed projects where the PO, and sometimes the senior designer has laid out exactly what should happen (components used, flow, etc) to design a feature. It’s really frustrating because I don’t know if I’m supposed to be speaking up on what I think or just do the UI work I’m asked to.

if you have accepted an offer and in the meanwhile you get a better offer from other company, can you re-negotiate with previous company? is a counter offer possible or they won't entertain?

I'm working in Salesforce Automation Testing part where I customize salesforce and use automation.

I got selected as Salesforce Developer in new org will that be a issue? I performed well in interview also
In resume I mentioned both developing and testing. Since testing can be done only after customize salesforce.

Does BGV go indepth of to this detail? And pinpoint it.
