About 3 months ago I moved to a new team within my company. The new role came with a higher pay structure and a senior title. My company is currently giving out performance and salary evaluations for next year, and although I had a great evaluation, I received no salary adjustment because I was just “promoted”. I have an offer to join a Tier 2 consulting firm next year (entry level). However, it seems like they have over-hired and they are now pushing the start date back by a few months. This is not great in itself, as I handed in my notice to my current employer last week, but I was wondering if I should be concerned about further pushbacks or even them withdrawing the offer. Cont… Friday came and went no communication. I allowed another weeks to pass and then sent another follow up email. She responded by apologizing not following up and informed me that recruiting handles that part of the process . I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback
