So I am working as a UI UX designer since Jan22. I started with a really good project (everything from the scratch) with research, knowing the user etc. The project went really well. It was my first project that I handled individually. I got another project it also went well. Then I was told to work directly with a client, it's been 2 months already we work late hours and also on weekend (asked by the client). It feels like my personal life is gone. Dyslexia! After having our kindergartener son tested (privately) related to ADHD, we were told he may have dyslexia too (which would explain why he struggles so much with phonics but is amazing at sight words). He has a very high IQ. As a voracious reader, I am finding myself unexpectedly distraught that something that I have loved so much will be such a struggle for him, and worrying that it will affect his motivation and may steer him away from things he may otherwise love.

2L joining bonus or 2L into CTC?

I have a NP of 3 months, But I told the HR during initial screening that it is 2 months

Now, all technical rounds are completed and only final HR round is left. Should I tell them now that I have 3 months NP or should I wait for the offer to roll out, put my papers and after some time contact the HR again and tell them?
