Hey genius 🐠: I have a set of data containing client associate names across the entire company. This list contains the dates that they are assigned to clients for coverage (e.g. 2/19/2022 begin date, 3/16/2023 end date). Only the CAs I need data for have these coverage dates, all the others are permanently assigned to their clients. How can I go about creating a chart or table with upcoming coverage termination dates (e.g. within 30/60/90 days from today) to show when CAs will have availability?

What can I do to prepare myself as an incoming project coordinator? I start in January fresh out of college.

Does anyone have tips or tricks on how to best learn and grow starting in this field? I haven’t had any internships directly in PM, but I have had coursework.
Any advice you might have given to yourself when you first started, or what to pay attention to to excel early? Is there anything I should brush up on in the coming month to best prepare myself? Thanks!

So I just had a client tell me their asylum case is fabricated, and can't I help prepare the person for court. My initial reaction, fire the client. I'm not that kind of atty. But I hear so many talk about finding a balance and not turning ppl away bc ultimately they need a defense and who knows what will come up along the way. How would you handle? How do you find the balance btwn not turning clients away but not being unethical?
