I am currently working at Accenture as Application development senior analyst with the CTC of 8LPA (3.5+years exp). I love my job here , all my leads are supportive and I can say I am way too much comfortable here. When I reach 5 years, definitely I will get TL promo here.
Now I have another offer in TCS with 11.5 LPA with same role(Senior Analyst).
Should I consider joining TCS for the package , or should I wait in Accenture for 1 year to get team lead promotion?

Does anyone teach in class elementary, middle, or high school and also teaches college level? If so, how did you get the college level job? I have a masters and specialist degree and teach in class. I have got an offer letter from FIS global in last month their after no communication with HR and if she want any information communicated over an email.And i have responded within time.
On last friday she has asked me to send bgv document and she has told me that you will get the joining email.

As my joining on monday 11th july 2022 and still didnt got any email regarding joining or onboarding can anyone please explain about process of onboarding and bgv check?
