Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I also have my AWS Cloud Practitioner Cert, hoping to eventually get the Data Analytics Cert later. I've done my post-graduation in management from a tier 2 B-school (IMT, TAPMI, IMI, KJSOM and the like). Majored in marketing with some operations subjects. I'm currently working as a research analyst for about 1.5 years supporting mostly consulting work in the health and life sciences industry.

I resigned a while back but I am stuck in a support project.The mgmt won't release me even though I have made clear that am unhappy and uninterested,asking me to join meetings and standups.

20+ years in the military as HR Officer with training and education leadership experience. As I look towards transition to civilian sector I’m considering increasing tech experience to diversify my career and provide better options. Full of soft skills and management experience, but few tangibles. I’ve explored Trailhead, but I’m not sure system admin is right path. Any suggestions? 2+ years until transition. And they have asked him to sent the documents and take an Amcat course. 2nd section which is email writing is auto submitted. Will it take the stuff that he had written or will it be blank? Is there any way I get rejected for this thing?? Kindly help ...He is stressed out.
