I’ve been in publishing for more years than I care to admit and I’m just tired of it. I don’t want to do it any more. I’m tired of the constant deadlines and stress when I take time off that my work isn’t being done and now I’ll have less time to do it. But I’ve been doing it for so long. What else is there for me to do that’s not publishing or marketing/advertising? Any suggestions?

Looking for anyone in the same situation. Self contained classroom (gr. 3,4,5) of 11 students. 2 of the students are on grade level academics but are in my class because of severe behaviors. The 9 other students have be unable to have individual help with academics because these two students take all my time with their behaviors. I have some support but it just happens day after day. Any behavior mgmt ideas that I may have been missing?

I had to start accepting the fact that depression and anxiety will always be a part of me. Taking medication to keep me from falling to far down the hole I dug for myself. Major depressive disorder and extreme anxiety. I feel like my anger issues from when I was little have resurfaced or something.
I’ve come so far from where I was back then. I’ve advanced, and I’m still doing so of course. Till the day I day I won’t stop marching forward.
