Can someone please help me with some good reasons to buy out my notice period in TCS that I can give to my manager? Of course I do not want to serve NP for 90 days. I've got another offer which I need to accept and join. 90 days is just unfair. AFAIK, TCS has got buy out option in the separation policy.

In dire need. Please help this poor lad.

Just received my I140 (Indian EB2). What happens if I lost my job after 180 days? Can I transfer to H4 (my SO on H1), and later file for a H1 using my I140 with a new employer? What is if i go back to india? Can i apply for my H1 anytime (without going through lottery) and move back to US? I am trying to understand how safe is having I140?

Separately EY fishes, do you know if EY withdraws the I140 if you leave the firm before 180 days?

Hi Fishes,Urgent suggestion needed.I resigned from TCS on 20th of June and currently serving notice period. It’s been more than 2 months I haven’t received resignation acceptance email or got my LWD confirmed.Also not able to see anything inside Ultimatix>iTalent>myBox.Please let me know if this is normal in TCS or are there any chances due to these kinds of delays by HR my notice period will get extended?Really worried about this.Worst resignation process and policies here.

I had resigned from TCS during Mayl21...had got offer from KPMG...
But luckily I cleared Jan DCA and I got almost the same offer...they promised me that they'll change my project to BigData which they have...so I withdrew my resignation...

Now just yday I received an offer from LTI...
It's a good offer...

But, I am afraid whether I am eligible to resign within this 8 month interval?
Is there any cooling period between two resignations in TCS?
