Totally just went through this guy who’s supposed to be working with me on a project for the last 3 months not do any work, never hit deliverables, had to waste time chasing him down or updating. And today when it was finally presented, people included him in the list of those who did all the work and he acted like he did. I didn’t think this stuff actually happened but holy cow. Do I hope that people know what really happened? My senior strat does at least. Hopefully his boss.

Heard so many bad reviews about Nagarro's project allocation. Especially people from Automation Testing backgrounds are pushed into manual testing projects.
Second is that when the demand is not more from clients the client interviews get very tough to get into a decent project. Heard many are sitting on the bench for more than 3 months, and they are now looking out for another switch.

Anyone here familiar with the hiring process of KPMG consulting in Van? Had a partner interview on Nov 21, thought the feedback was positive but haven't heard back yet (no rejection/offer). Is it something normal or the interview just didn't go as well as I thought?

Hello devs of India, I am a fresher with 6-7 months of internship experience and soon to be FTE at 8LPA. I want to target 16-18LPA within 1.5 YOE; but I am extremely confused on what path should I move forward, shall I proceed to make projects and up skill my tech stack or start preparing for DSA. My sister has cleared all the rounds in Accenture. HR contacted her today to negotiate the salary. My sister asked for 8LPA FP. HR said the max fixed pay they could offer is 7.5LPA. My sister told she would think and get back in few minutes.

Within 5 minutes, HR moved the candidature status to “on hold” due to budget constraints. None of the HRs are answering the calls. What can i expect?
