I have been in Bench at HCL for almost a month and it is lowering my confidence. Many project leads do connect over call for assignation but our roles do not match (Do not want to do Support work on shifts as I my tech stack is on Web Development).
I want to understand how to move over this phase , any help and guidance will be helpful.
I have started preparing to give interviews outside but never feel that I have sufficient knowledge to crack.

Hello everyone I am working with kpmg (on bench) looking to switch preferably work from home or hybrid. I studied Master in public policy and governance from Tata institute of social sciences. And B.sc with physics hon's.
I have total 4 years of experience with NGO, Karnataka state government (contractual) and KPMG advisory India.
Reason to switch - kpmg is giving me relocation in different state in just 9 months I got 2 relocation delhi Kolkata and next I don't know. Please guide/help me

Does going in-house hurt you at the beginning of your career? Was on contract agency-side for my first Jr gig, but the contract got cut short last month due to Budgets. Just a week ago, the client I worked on there reached out to me with an offer, with better pay. I took out it out of desperation, as I have no real cushion to lean on. Their work isn’t good, so I’m still job hunting plan to freelance where I can, to get better stuff in my book. I worry this move could really hurt me.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????

Joined Nagarro few weeks back, not able to understand their business model, 80% of their projects are contract based with other IT service giants, and then they say they have good client base, clients are of other IT mnc like ZS Solution, Siemens, for which they(Nagarro) works, direct business clients who seek solutions are very less in Nagarro.
