Hi All, I joined publicis sapient in the month of April. It's been 2.5 months since I am on bench. The reason being there are very minimal Java roles requirement for AL2 positions. Need a genuine answer, will I be ask to put down the papers due to very less or no Java requirements? Please answer this, I am very tensed. I need to look after my family. Your answers would be highly appreciated.

How is job security at LTI? I heard employee is fired after 90 days on bench directly.
It had also laidoff people in 2017 i guess.

Please provide outlook for at least next 2-3 years.

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. Does anyone have experience or advice?

I worked in A company and they have alloted me EPFO UAN number.

Now i relieved from A company and joined B company.

I dont what B company to know about A company.

What i need to do.

1) give the old UAN number to B company.

2) Say to B company that i dont have UAN and make them create new one, which is better, please suggest guys

This year I have given 17 interviews in this year, some of interviews has been cracked till 2 round , most of all got rejected and then other couple of interviews I did followed up 1 - 2 months , I an exhausted while doing this..now the funny part is I cleared 3 rounds of 3 companies in different time intervals ( plz note I am not playing counter- bcz I don't have anything in my end to counter) HR discussion has been done CTC discussed I was happy But now I was told to put on hold...waiting
