TCS took my first round of interview last month and since then I am just doing the follow up. Everytime I get only one answer that the customer round will be scheduled after the go ahead from HR team. It’s been 1 month now but there is no movement. Should I stop following?

I got an offer from Capgemini (Aricent) of 35LPA(32Fixed +3variable) for senior professional 1.
Before interview I had asked for 40 LPA.
But After Hr discussion post interview , I cake down to 35LPA fixed.
Still they offered me 32 fixed +3 variable.
Will they reconsider the offer by any chance, if I talk to to them. If not, then should I join cap gemini?

Please help me to clear my confusion.

Is that true?my current ctc in wipro is 26.5+1lac JB ( joined in feb 2022) 8.6 YOE now, business analytics skill..expectation is to reach 30lacs for the next appraisal, however i understand its impossible to get 13% hike in wipro.

I am an MCA passout from IGNOU so could this be the drawback I am not getting shortlisted in big organization's. Need your suggestions..
