When requesting a raise, has an employer ever asked you for the cost of living? As an example- asking you to list out a future mortgage payment if you purchase a home, the cost of health insurance for your family, etc. Seems intrusive and weird. Raises should based on value, not what a mortgage costs…. but maybe it’s common.

Hi, Shell has shared the letter of Employment (LOE) and asked for some documents almost 1 months ago. After that no updates. When they will start other formalities like BGV. My joining is on Feb 2023.

What's the package that we can expect for a 9 year experienced data engineer. I am not sure about the JG, but I think it's JG4.
