Hello folks,
I have an offer for Data Scientist from Innopleux consulting (pharma domain, www.innoplexus.com/).
Can anyone comment on the work culture, projects, tech stack, growth opportunities and overall environment and health of the company? I have read a bunch of mix reviews on glassdoor and ambitionbox. Difficult to separate authentic from cooked up reviews. Any help would be highly appreciated.
Not sure this might work for you, but it always does for me. Even if you are unprepared just go for the interview. The worst that can happen is that they will say no. You may get several rejections back-to-back but you will gain really valuable interview experience, as long as you go back and try to find the answers to questions that beat you. Trust me, as both an interviewer and a candidate, I have found that there's a fixed number/type of questions that interviewers ask. One fine day, you will get selected, and that will be followed by multiple selections, again back-to-back in all probability. Nobody expects you to answer all the questions in an interview. Personally, if a candidate can answer around 60% of the questions for me, I will select him. Good interviewers know to test your application rather than what you remember. At the end of the day, everyone is gonna look up a solution to their problem on the web, be it a design pattern or an algo implementation.
Keep failing, there is nothing better if you want to learn - when you do, you won't fail anymore.
Hope this helps 👍
Keep failing, there is nothing better if you want to learn - when you do, you won't fail anymore - Noted & screenshotted. Really helpful & uplifting :)
I am at 15 fixed with 4 yrs exp post MBA.
I feel the same that I don’t know anything but it should not keep you from looking for jobs as with 2.4 yoe this is the best time to jump.
Prepare few questions like tell me something about yourself and your role in your project.
How you have utilized all the skills you hd written.
No one is looking for perfection at 2.4yrs of exp have a positive attitude in interview and try to play on your strong skills.
Yeah, you're right. Rn i can't understand whether this is correct or not but I think it has to change. Thanks! I'll think clearly.. and take action
Don't underestimate yourself ..Work hard
Rest all will fall in place .. All the best!
Thanks! I'll try my best :)
Update here when you get selected, and I will raise a glass on your behalf 🍻
This is irrelevant ik but i feel i'm really slow & it's only making me doubt myself
That's okay buddy. 👍
We all learn and take things up at our own speeds. Just be consistent with your self improvement. That's the only thing that matters...
You might see people with 24lpa at 3 years exp.
I'm 10 years exp with 20lpa.. 4 years ago I was in a db testing role with 0 opportunities outside and no learning on the job, stuck in a project for 4 years...
That's when I realised, I need to improve myself...
You'll get there. You just need more time "compared" to others.
And guess what? That's okay.
Just put in the effort, take a step forward every day. Even if its a small step. One day you'll reach your goal
Relax..
You are experienced in very demanding skills like JS, Python, mongo.
Now that your interview is tomorrow..
You dont have time to do a small project to sharpen you knowledge..
Better go thu common interview questions from interviewbits site.
You will gain some experience in interviews which will give you some boost in confidence.
Yes, i'm going through interview questions. Thank you for replying :)
For your skillset and YoE
After some good practice and 5-7 interviews you can get an offer around 12-15 LPA..
Trust me..
I'll improvise on that, thanks! Feel really anxious but i'll keep practicing.

And I am really bad at tech, Keep pushing and think like it's only a normal conversation with your colleague, it worked for me and it shall work for you as well...
Okay, I'll just think of it as a normal interaction. Thanks a lot!!! Meanwhile, getting back to learning React :)
