I recently applied for a senior data engineer profile at Wingify and cleared 3 tech rounds. HR called me to discuss perks & benefits and asked for my expectations where my expectations were 20 LPA and HR said he can try to get approval for 18 LPA + 1 JB.
It's been 3 days now and I haven't heard back, in fact the job post is no longer available on any platform. Am I being ghosted?

I have been nominated for Band promotion in my current company but will be effective from Jan2023. As per my research I will get 30-40% hike as well as I am eligible for annual hike on March 2023
So how can I stick with 90% hike on CCTC on HR discussion tomorrow?
What if HR negotiate for 30-50%...can I inform them about promotion before hand once they ask why I am expecting 90% hike?

I have been with the same company for 20+ years. More or less the same role though I’ve had a few changes of location and many bosses over that time. I guess my question is, what can I do from here? I’m a loyal and dedicated employee but definitely underutilized. Also, I need to earn more. I hate my project manager. They constantly get credit for my work, don’t pay attention in meetings and leave early.
Today they literally asked me what the roadblock was 30 min after we got off a call that they were on their phone the whole time during. Then they were asking when everyone’s flights were because they wanted to leave early but didn’t want to be the first to leave since they’re staying the weekend and they then just up and left at 2pm. It’s ridiculous.

I’m so mad that capitalism absorbs almost all the best talent on Earth – people who should be composers, artists, writers, scientists – and uses their labor for such cheap, inconsequential ends.
