Amazon Hello All, currently I work as a L4 in Amazon and got selected for a L5 Program Manager (Non-Tech) role in a different team. Have an experience of 7+ years with a current CTC of 12LPA (excluding RSUs). What should be an ideal CTC for my new role and would it be negotiable? Any suggestions?

What would be the in hand salary
Don't give away your current ctc, if they force you then ask them what HCL's policy is regarding publicly declaring ctc at hcl. Then you can ask for the ctc that you think would be good. As ask for the break up in salary provided before accepting offer.
Things might have changed currently but they always used to low ball people by asking previous ctc.
I have already provided it early . Now to make 12LPA figure they have to give me 100% percent hike . I had one discussion I am rigid to stay at 12 LPA only . HR has told me that they’ll try if they can offer . What to do next ?
Considering 2 yrs, 12 lpa is out of range. I believe you should ask around 9-10 lpa.
